NEW YORK PREMIERE WITH MIXED “BOLLITO”
Friday February 13, 2009 a “premiere” tasting of the wines to be presented at the Gala Italia of New York was held at CarlindePaolo. The greatest connoisseurs from the oenological sector were invited to the event. Special thanks to all the participants and the family cooks, mom Giusy and aunt Rosy, who did their best to prepare an exquisite dinner with main protagonist the Piedmontese mixed bollito.
