“Affinata in Barriques” 14° D.O.C.
General characteristics: the denomination "Barbera d'Asti" represents for us, the Carlin dePaolo family, an important heritage handed down to our generation by our fathers and grandfathers. The satisfaction achieved through the years has encouraged and stimulated us, to constantly invest in our activity, both in financial and human resources terms. This is the reason why we have selected vineyards with a limited yield but of very high quality. With great care we have first obtained a must and then a wine of striking characteristics, but with an intrinsic energy making it suitable for wood refining (in French durmast barrels) for an extended time.
